1. What you can return
You can return a battery that is faulty, and you can also return one that does not suit your vehicle, as long as it is within the return window and has not been fitted or used.
- A new battery that has not been fitted or charged by anyone other than us.
- A battery that arrived damaged or that is not the one you ordered.
- A battery that turns out to be the wrong size or type for your vehicle.
If a battery fails after it has been fitted and used, that is a warranty matter and not a return. See the warranty page.
2. How to return a battery
- Call or WhatsApp us on +254 748 666 000 and give your order number or the phone number you ordered with.
- Bring the battery and your invoice or order confirmation to our shop on Lusaka Road. Returns are checked in person.
- We inspect the battery. If it is new and unfitted, or it has a confirmed fault, we confirm the refund.
If you cannot come to us, tell us when you call and we will advise on the options for your location.
3. How and when you are refunded
- M-Pesa: the refund is sent to the M-Pesa number that paid for the order.
- Card or PayPal: the money goes back to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Your bank may take longer to show it.
- Restocking fee: none. We do not take an admin fee off your refund.
Delivery costs are set out on our shipping and delivery page.
4. What we cannot take back
- A battery that has been fitted to a vehicle and used.
- A battery with physical damage, a cracked case or acid contamination caused after delivery.
- A returned item that does not match the one we supplied.
If we refuse a return, we will tell you the reason in plain words.
