It is a common frustration: the Start-Stop "A" symbol on your dashboard stays yellow instead of green. This is rarely a fault with the system itself, but a protective measure taken by the vehicle's computer.
Technical Insight
The most common cause is the battery's State of Charge (SoC) dropping below 75%. In Nairobi's heat, the AC compressor load often prevents the green-light condition.
